Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Arun Shabari GiriRaj Ayyappar, operating as CHEEKYGOOSE LABS(“we”), covering your use of Slaydit. By creating an account you accept them.

What Slaydit does

Slaydit helps you prepare for job interviews and assists you during them: it analyses your résumé, researches companies, runs practice interviews, and — on the paid plan — provides a live copilot that suggests answers in real time.

Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. One account is for one person; don't share credentials. Only one live session may run on an account at a time.

Using it responsibly

This one matters, so we'll be direct: you are responsible for following the rules of any interview, assessment or hiring process you take part in. Some employers and proctored assessments prohibit outside assistance. We do not know the rules of the process you are in, and it is not our place to decide them for you — but breaking them is your responsibility and can have real consequences for you. Please check before you rely on the live copilot.

You also agree not to:

• upload anyone else's personal information without their permission;
• use the service to impersonate another person;
• resell, redistribute or share access to the service;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent limits on the service;
• use it for anything unlawful.

Answers are suggestions, not facts

Slaydit is powered by AI language models. It can be wrong, and it can invent details. Everything it produces is a suggestion for you to judge before you use it. You are responsible for what you say in an interview and for the accuracy of anything you put on a résumé. We do not guarantee any job, interview outcome, or level of performance.

Your content

Your résumés, stories and interview content remain yours. You grant us permission to process them only to provide the service to you — that includes sending them to the AI and speech providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell it.

Subscription and payment

The paid plan is US$25 per month, charged in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will give you notice before a change affects you. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live.

Free plan

The free plan includes preparation tools and practice interviews. The live copilot is part of the paid plan. We may change what the free plan includes.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Slaydit and delete your account at any time from profile settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to act on; where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first, and refund any unused paid period.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. It is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost job opportunities, lost income or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Slaydit afterwards means you accept the update.
